MAGNETRON SPUTTERING FILM is made by the most advanced technology of multi-layer metal sputtering process with layers of nano-particles of precious metal such as Ag(silver) using optical grade base materials. Magnetron sputtering is a deposition technology that has to increase the ionization rate of the gas, resulting in high-speed sputtering under low pressure.  Introducing a magnetic field on the surface of the cathode, confines the charged particles to increase the plasma density and the sputtering rate. Therefore, the highest quality of window film is produced with high optical density resolution, high heat insulation, absolute color stability & incomparable performance of ever-lasting reflection.

SPUTTERED NANO CERAMIC FILM is produced in a special vacuum chamber by high-tech controlled sputtering equipment. The electromagnetic fields propel ions towards the high-purity metal in electrically charged gases. This blast of ions dislodges groups of atoms in short bursts and spreads them evenly and finely across the film’s surface. NANO CERAMIC FILM consists of almost similar properties as ceramic film. CARBON FILM is produced by the infusion of carbon particles. It is constructed by the fusion of modified carbon into the polyester resin. This polyester resin is then “melted and pulled” into polyester window films; with a simple(clear), dark, and matte finish. Which is prominent in color stability and heat(infrared) rejection. Its sole carbon content (metal-free) makes it best(non-disruption) for any electronic devices(signal).
